* Linked system, 7 repeaters across northern IL and southern Wisc, including Echolink and IRLP. The system has never been part of a  "Skywarn" operation.  However we do have users with the State of Illinois Emergency Management  (WB9YWX, N9MJP, N9IJ others maybe).  Reports were directed by them into NWS (Chicago and Sullivan WI). The system has always been available as wide coverage backup to the other Skywarn users.
