 Our mission in PARS is to enhance and promote enhanced, state of the art ideas and goodwill in the art of amateur radio. This will allow the hobby to grow & thrive for generations to come. Its members use a positive, friendly camaraderie between licensed radio amateurs & the communities in which they serve. We do not have nor use a structured, formal based, political setting.

Each member shall have an equal opportunity to express & promote their ideas and opinions to promote community service through amateur radio with an equal organizational role.

We strive to improve the brotherhood of fellow amateurs while using our expertise in electronics, radio & communications & technology. Our members do not adhere to any fixed geographical boundaries as well as using experimentation to enhance the art of radio.
